While Abilene has many apartment complexes and rental properties available as well as homes for sale, Hardin-Simmons University also provides a wide variety of housing opportunities available for students.
On-Campus Housing:
Hardin-Simmons has five residence halls – Behrens (Freshman Women), Lange (Women), Ferguson (Women), Anderson (Men), and Nix (Men). Off-Campus Housing:
Hardin-Simmons also has two apartment complexes and a number of homes and duplexes which are available to students who are enrolled full-time during the long semesters. Requests for HSU off-campus housing are handled on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to those applicants with families.
